Membership Journal "Foreign Affairs"

We believe it important to reflect on international relations and the big issues of our day. Hence, we have chosen the leading publication in the field, "Foreign Affairs", as our new membership journal. You will receive the 6 annual issues for free as part of your membership in the Swiss LSE Alumni Association.

"Foreign Affairs", normally available by paid subscription, is published bi-monthly by the Council on Foreign Relations (CFR), the leading U.S. think tank on international affairs and foreign policy established in 1922. The journal has been highly influential and is read by many leading policymakers. Famous journal articles include George Kennan's "Long Telegram" on the doctrine of Soviet containment and Samuel Huntington's "Clash of Civilizations". Over all those years, the journal has remained true to its credo: Publishing authors of widely divergent views, searching for unifying themes and principles and being at the forefront of serious discussion of world affairs. We are certain you will find it of great interest.
