Officers-at-Work Series: New Member Letters

The photo series shows the Secretary General generating and mailing the postal letters again welcoming new members to the Association some time after their entry date. These postal letters follow the initial e-mail messages, which are automatically and manually sent to all new members, and they often include topical enclosures and will encourage new members to take advantage of all what the Association offers.

The letters are among those smaller sets produced on the home printer of the Secretary General. Other more voluminous mailings are digitally or offset printed, folded and put into envelopes and bulk-mailed by the Association's long-term external printing partner.
